Company Profile Four Seasons Health Care operates approximately 350 Care Homes and Specialised Care Centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. The Company is one of the largest independent providers of care services in the United Kingdom. Four Seasons' origins date back over 20 years.The company has developed through both the acquisition and construction of care facilities and has firmly established a reputation for professionalism in all aspects of its care operations. Four Seasons cares for over 15,500 people and employs over 21,000 staff. The senior management of the company share a wealth of experience of delivering care services as a result, in many cases, of lengthy and pre-eminent positions in the caring sector. The Care Homes Division
comprises approximately 240 homes in England, 50 in Scotland and 60 in
Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Many types of care are provided
in the divisions' high quality facilities including care for people who
are elderly and either frail or mentally infirm. In addition, there are
dedicated services for respite care, rehabilitation, intermediate care,
end of life and palliative care as well as care for younger persons suffering
from chronic conditions. Under The Huntercombe Group name, the Specialised Services Division comprises units catering for conditions such as mental health, acquired brain injury and neurodisabilities, as well as children with special needs. The reputation of this division is well established and growing. The company also owns, as a landlord, another 90 care homes. Four Seasons' experience, expertise and financial strength make it a significant force in the UK healthcare market.

Elderly Care At Four Seasons we are committed to providing every resident with individual care and attention in a safe, homely and warm environment. Each home is unique, yet all offer consistently high standards of service and care. Caring Care is based around each persons' individual needs. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding. A unique care plan is developed for each resident and their family. It is exclusive to that resident and is aimed at promoting health and independance where appropriate. Type of Stay Whilst most of our residents live permanently at our homes, there are a regular number of returning guests who stay with us for shorter periods of days or weeks, for respite care. Admission & Fees Prior to admission each new resident is encouraged to visit the home to satisfy themselves that the ambience is to their liking. Our Manager will also wish to discuss the personal preferences of each resident. Our fees are dependent upon the individuals' requirements and needs. |
Specialised Care Within the Four Seasons Group you will find that we are able to help a broad spectrum of people, ranging from those with minor ailments to those with more acute disorders, through our Specialised Services Division, which includes The Huntercombe Group. Other Services Children Nurseries We operate a childrens nursery in Scotland. Domicillary Services This service supplies domicillary care and home help in the Harrogate area. Retirement Apartments and Villages We operate 2 luxurious apartment facilities in Harrogate and on Jersey and we have 2 retirement villages, one on the Isle of Man, and one in Scotland. Each unit is individually owned by the residents with all the outside maintenance undertaken by ourselves. |
