Granby Court Care HomeHarrogate, North Yorkshire
Granby Court provides private residential care for the elderly. The home has dedicated team leaders and care assistants who provide an excellent standard of care.
Granby Court is situated in the historic spa town of Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The main building was built around 1960 and was used as a hotel until 1994. It was mostly used by gentry and wealthy visitors to Harrogate who wanted to take advantage of the benefits of the sulphur waters. Granby Care purchased the hotel in 1994 and renovated it into a care facility.
All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, telephone, Sky and freeview televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. We also have the added benefits of a residents bar, library, hairdressing salon, ballroom and cinema. There are beautiful landscaped gardens and ample car parking facilities for residents and guests.
Lifestyle and Activities
We have two dedicated personal activities leaders who provide a varied activities programme to meet the needs of the residents. We provide both individual and group activities, which include various outings to local attractions and places of interest. In-house activities include amongst others, quizzes, crosswords and flower arranging.
