Harrogate Lodge provides different levels of care to suit a range of needs, from residential care to nursing and palliative care. The home has a team of registered nurses, senior care assistants and well trained care assistants. We are supported by a multi-disciplinary professional team which includes GP’s, a Chirpodist, optician service, tissue viability nurses and district nurses. Harrogate Lodge is situated in the Cosmopolitan area of Chapel Allerton, close to shopping ameneties, street café’s and Roundhay Park with its lake and Tropical World. We have large gardens around the home with a patio area for residents to enjoy the fresh air. All rooms are en-suite, with a view over the gardens, and we encourage residents to personalise their rooms. All rooms are decorated to a high standard and have 24 hour nurse call systems.
Lifestyle and Activities
We have a dedicated activity co-ordinator who ensures that all residents have something stimulating and enjoyable to look forward to that interests them. This may be individual hobbies or interests but we also make sure there are plenty of group activities as well. We have trips to local places of interest, shopping trips, movie nights and outside entertainers. We also celebrate at least one special seasonal event a month. Our nutritionally balanced menu’s are carefully prepared by our chef to ensure the best combination of nutrition and flavour.
