Lunan House provides care for adults with learning disabilities. Our team consists of trained nurses and carers who have extensive experience in supporting this client group.

Lunan House is a converted mansion set in 5 acres of ground midway between Arbroath and Montrose and is adjacent to the beautiful Lunan Bay beach. We have a full time Personal Activities Leader (PAL) who co-ordinates in-house activities and trips out to various locations within Angus and beyond. She has also been trained in Intensive Interactions Therapy. Our visiting horticulture therapist has supported service users to make decorative paving stones to enhance their experience as they make their way to the greenhouse and the groups have made collages that enhance the public areas within the home. Our service users utilise local amenities to enrich their social life, including wheelchair ice skating, rebound therapy and horse riding for the disabled. Our chef specialises in creating modified textured meals for specific needs as well as a nutritionally balanced menu that has been formulated to suit our residents' dietary requirements.
