Rydal offers two separate units - one unit offers general nursing and palliative care and the Aysgarth unit offers mental health care which predominantly involves Dementia. Residents are actively encouraged to personalise their own rooms, bringing with them smaller items of furniture, televisions, radios, pictures and photographs. All rooms are en-suite and have a vanity unit, nurse call system and thermostatic radiators. Our experienced cooks cater for specialist diets and individual needs.
