There are a limited number of larger rooms available as shared rooms should the need arise. The Lodge is a converted house comprising 26 single bedrooms providing care for residents with varying levels of dementia. Themed corridors and communal areas provide visual stimulation along with potted life histories which give a brief insight into the lives of the residents, all aimed at providing a person centred approach to care. Lifestyle and Activities

We have a dedicated Personal Activities Leader who works closely with other members of the care team to provide a varied programme of activities and events catering for individual taste. All residents are encouraged to complete a life history in order to enable staff to understand what has shaped the individual’s life and this is used in supporting residents in maintaining their preferred lifestyles.
