The home has three floors, served by a lift. The home has even, level, access throughout. Located in Yatton High Street, it is close to the village shops and facilities, including easy access to the train station for a twenty minute train ride to Weston-Super-Mare. The home is light and spacious with communal lounges on each floor, each offering a different atmosphere for the residents to choose from. There are separate dining areas on each floor which are a hub of interaction for the residents. There is a secure garden with ample seating, tables and wheelchair space. For those residents who smoke there is a covered area. The residents are encouraged to bring in photos and ornaments etc. to personalise their room, one resident has a speedboat hanging from the ceiling! Each room has a profiling bed, telephone socket, as well as the Four Season’s standard features such as smoke detectors, 24-hour call system and thermostatic radiators.
