We are looking to appoint a Unit Manager to develop our busy EMI unit. Your hours of work will be 42 hours a week which will be worked to meet the needs of the service. A percentage of these hours will be supernummary and this will be discussed on appointment. Your hourly rate will be £14.40 per hour.
The successful candidate will be:
- A Qualified RMN / RN (MH) with a minimum of two years post registration experience and NMC registered.
- You will have extensive experience of working with Older Adults who have Dementia and other potentially challenging Mental Health needs.
- You will have experience of Leading a team, managing change, and meeting achievable realistic goals.
- Most importantly you will have an attitude, character and personality that will want to achieve the highest quality of care being delivered in a warm homely environment.

Home Manager
Applicants should have the relevant management experience of working with an older client group and have a proven track record of providing excellent standards, managing staff, dealing with Care Commission Inspections and grading. SVQ4 would be a benefit but not essential as training will be given.
