Elderly Care

Quality of Care

At Four Seasons care is based around each persons' individual needs. Whatever the need, care is delivered with patience, kindness and understanding.

Our aim is to help those who come to live with us to remain in control of their own lives, as far as possible, and thus to mantain their personhood.

Person centred care is the term for this. Our philosophy is simple - our residents should still feel as if they are living at home with additional support and care.

As a further part of our commitment to quality, we have a Clinical Governance Committee. The committee includes operational, medical and specialist staff and Dr. Gillian Dalley, from the Residents and Relatives Association, providing external independent representation.

The strategy of the committee is to provide a shared vision within Four Seasons to ensure the principles of clinical governance are subscribed to and implemented by the workforce. The committee is headed by Dr. Pete Calveley, our Chief Executive.

The companies ethos of care is summarised in the attached, which was produced in consultation with residents, relatives and staff. Click here to download.
