Four Seasons Health Care Team Members Shortlisted for National Care Awards 2008

Julia Clinton, Managing Director, England, of Four Seasons Health Care, is shortlisted for Care Personality of the Year in the National Care Awards 2008.  Her selection for shortlisting for the most prestigious award recognises her outstanding contribution over the last 12 months across the entire care sector.   

Julia, who has been shortlisted out of 500 nominations, is Managing Director of over 200 homes and has recently celebrated 10 years with Four Seasons, one of the leading independent health care providers in the UK.

Four Seasons has a second member of its team as a finalist in the awards scheme. Craig Prior, Regional Manager has been nominated as the National Care Awards Entrepreneur of the year. Craig  was nominated independently by 14 colleagues from operations directors through to administrators. The success of his innovative entrepreneurial approach and focus on quality has increased occupancy to 96% in his region. Some of the changes he has introduced, such as a new dining experience for residents,  have been implemented not only in his region but across the South East and in some instances across the entire company.

The National Care Awards sees nominations by colleagues of outstanding individuals for 15 different categories. A panel of experts shortlists five nominees in each category. Nominees shortlisted will be interviewed and judged and the winners of each category are announced at the Care Awards 2008 Gala Night, which will take place on Saturday 29th November where Tony Robinson will host the evening at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel.
