We operate Granby Gardens, which are luxurious apartments in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and Highlands luxury residential care, which are apartments in Jersey. Also we have 4 retirement villages, two in the Isle of Man, one in Northern Ireland and one in Scotland.

The luxurious retirement apartments in Yorkshire and Jersey are available on a long term leasehold with support when required for independent clients.

The villages offer a secure, independent lifestyle aimed at the over 50's. Modern apartments and bungalows are surrounded by landscaped grounds and features include care phones for safety and security.
