Bangor Learning Disability Units, Bangor

At Bangor, we have two learning disability units, one of which is home for people who have multiple needs, the other caters for people with challenging behaviour. The accommodation comprises mainly of single rooms, each with ample space for personal items. We also have a couple of double rooms. Residents are encouraged to bring their own possessions to promote a sense of belonging. Bangor Learning Disability Units are situated in a residential area of Bangor Town, within easy reach of shops, other amenities and public transport. We enjoy excellent community relations and support.

Location

From Belfast, follow the M3 onto the Sydenham by-pass and continue onto the A2 Belfast Road through Holywood and Cultra towards Bangor. Exit at the junction signposted Ring Road and Donaghadee and turn right, then immediately left onto Westmorland Crescent. Turn left into Manor Park and then left again Manor Avenue. The home is on the left at the end of the road.
