Welcome to Swan Lodge Care Home

Swan Lodge in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, provides nursing and social care for up to 46 older persons in a warm and friendly environment.

On each floor we have lounges, dining rooms, and a range of specialist bathrooms and shower rooms. Stairs and a passenger lift give easy access to the first floor. All bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities

At Swan Lodge Care Home, residents are considered part of the family. We put their health and happiness at the heart of everything we do, and our dedicated team of nurses and carers actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their rooms look to the therapies they receive.
