Abbeylands Care Home in Whiteabbey
Abbeylands Care Home in Whiteabbey
A warm welcome to Abbeylands Care Home, Whiteabbey
Abbeylands Care Home is beautifully situated near the shore of Belfast Lough just a short drive from picturesque Carrickfergus. We are close by to the town’s main shopping centre, and in easy reach of rail links and local bus routes, making us easily accessible for visitors to come along and pop-in for a chat.
We provide residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks, along with nursing care for those with more complex medical needs. We also offer respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
At our home we offer a range of activities, such as art and crafts, cinema days, church visits, and lots of days out which our residents absolutely love. Visits from local schools and churches always puts a smile on our residents' faces.
We are working hard to safely provide a range of visiting opportunities for family members and are following the Government’s pathway which sets out the various steps to gradually easing the restrictions on visiting. More information is available here.
