Our care plan focuses on individuals and includes a dedicated section all about wellbeing during Covid-19. This is all part of our holistic individualised care planning and activities approach. Making sure that even during these extraordinary times, everyone is happy and fulfilled.

Our Magic Moments activities programme provides residents with a wide range of activities to enjoy. The activities team create an ever-changing programme, built on our residents’ past experiences and interests and offers the chance to re-kindle talents, make discoveries and have new adventures.

Taking time to make life rewarding for individuals is all part of the plan and this can mean one-to-one activities or joining in with others.

“ We managed to get mum moved to Tall Oaks. Since then, she has flourished, and even with Alzheimer’s and dementia, she loves it. She never used to laugh on the phone, but now she’s always cheerful and tells us how nice everyone is. I cannot stress how well she is doing, and the support of the home staff is second to none. Catering for mums needs is their top priority and has made us all feel better at this troubling time when we can’t visit. Well done, Tall Oaks, you’re doing a great job with the care that you provide, and I for one, applaud you for this. “
