Recognising the different roles in our care home

Quick Guide to our Care Home uniforms

The care team at your Four Seasons Health Care home wear different uniforms depending upon the role they carry out.  The uniform and badge identifies the individuals role and position, meaning you can quickly identify who they are and what they do within the home.  No matter what their role or level of seniority - all our care team members are dedicated and compassionate individuals who can create a home from home with residents, families, and team members.

This is a comprehensive list of roles within our homes. Not every home will have all these roles. For example, a residential home may not have registered Nurses.  We are a friendly bunch, so please ask a member of our team if you need clarification about our uniforms or roles.
