Finding the right care
We continue to welcome new residents into our homes to provide care and support to those that need it most.
Simply get in touch with your home of choice by calling or emailing them. Our friendly team will be happy to help provide advice to ensure you find the right care for you.
To ensure the safety of everyone, we currently are unable to invite you in for a visit and show around our home. However, we do organise telephone chats with the Home Manager at a time convenient for you. It’s a great opportunity to ask lots of questions and find out exactly what it is like living in one of our homes and the support and care our residents receive. It also gives the Manager time to get to know all about your loved one to make sure the home can meet their care needs as well as all the things that make that person feel happy. They will also be able to take you through the activities and food and dining services as well as the facilities and bedrooms available. You can see examples of day to day life here.
If the home sounds just what you are looking for, a care needs assessment will be arranged at a convenient time by the senior care management team at the home. This will be carried out in a safe way either virtually or at a safe social distance with the team member wearing the required PPE.
