Wendy Martindale
Care Home Manager
Wendy is extremely passionate about helping others and providing the best care possible for her residents. With a BSc (Hons) degree in Adult Nursing, she is highly experienced, previously working in NHS trusts on acute medical wards, for Lancashire PCT as a prison Nurse and in various care homes. Wendy joined Four Seasons in 2013 as a Regional Nurse before becoming a Deputy Manager. She decided to leave in 2018 to undertake a new challenge, however, quickly returned in 2019 as she thoroughly enjoyed her time at Four Seasons. As well as being a successful home manager at Alexandra Care Home, Wendy also enjoys going on holidays and spending time with her grandchildren and the rest of her family. Words of encouragement for someone looking for the right care home would be: “First impressions are very important. Think whether they would enjoy the atmosphere of the home.”
