Bamford Grange Care Home in Stockport
A Warm Welcome to Bamford Grange Care Home, Stockport
You’ll find Bamford Grange Care Home set in mature grounds, situated on the outskirts of Stockport. We are only a short drive from Manchester city centre, close to the M60 and local train station, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our home has four dedicated units providing nursing care to people with complex medical need, as well as residential dementia and nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions. We also have a specialist unit dedicated to the support of people with mental health needs.
Here at Bamford Grange, we love to actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their room looks, to the therapies they receive.
At our home there is always plenty of activities so that our residents are never without something to do. We encourage participation with community organisations, and our staff love to participate in fundraising events.
