You’ll find Bracknell Care Home has a small and friendly environment, situated in a pleasant residential area of Easthampstead. We are close by to local shops and public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks, and nursing care for those with complex medical needs. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
We run a busy activities programme to make sure residents get the most out of every day, including visiting entertainers, baking, gardening and days out.
Our home has a beautiful garden which our residents love to explore, and particularly like to relax on our patio area, taking in the fresh air.
