A Warm Welcome to Whitefield Lodge Care Home

You’ll find Whitefield Lodge Care Home surrounded by beautiful countryside in Lennoxtown, at the foot of Campsie Hills. We are close to local shops with good transport links, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

In our home we have a lovely garden and a patio area which is a great place for residents and their loved ones to relax and spend quality time together. For when our residents want peace and quiet, we provide a library area, where our residents love to indulge themselves in their favourite book.

Our residents enjoy a comprehensive activities programme. Our programme is based on our current residents interests and includes:

  • Gardening club
  • Arts and crafts club
  • Baking club
  • Saturday social
  • Book club

In addition to our clubs, our residents enjoy regular trips out to Riverside Museum and seagull trust boat trips along the canal. From our weekly quiz and trips to our local church to gardening and Oomph exercises, entertainment is never far at Whitefield Lodge.

Whitefield Lodge Care Home

Our care at Whitefield Lodge Care Home

We offer a person-centred approach that is delivered through quality care, recreation and activities, and food and dining.

Our Care team offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

At Whitefield Lodge, we are always happy to help, so please get in touch with our friendly team. “The staff are the best in my mum’s care home. They cannot do enough and are very informative and constantly keep us up to date with the well-being of our mum. The atmosphere is so good and very welcoming.” – Review published on carehome.co.uk

Key information

We provide care for those who are publicly funded as well as those paying for their own care.

It’s important to get professional advice on the best way to fund the cost of care and we suggest that you take advice from a care fees expert to make sure that you have explored all the options available to you.

In order to make life easier we have contacted a national care fees planning specialist, Symponia who are dedicated to the financial issues of later life, in particular the payment of care fees. Through Symponia’s network of carefully selected and qualified financial advisers they offer you and/or your family member empathic, bespoke advice on the best way to fund weekly care fees. This approach ensures that not only are all our residents and their families aware of the legislation and how it works but they are able to explore all the financial options available to them.

It should be noted that Four Seasons Health Care and Symponia operate completely independently with no commission or financial benefit to Four Seasons Health Care as a result of your conversation or contract.
