You’ll find Charlton Park Care Home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by landscaped gardens in Charlton Village. We are just a short walk away from the shops and bus stops, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our well established Care team offers nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
We run a busy activities programme to make sure our residents get the most out of everyday, including animal therapy, days out, and visits from local entertainers. We also have excellent community links, including regular visits from the local nursery, and attending religious events at the nearby church.
