Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
If you do have a concern you can immediately raise this with the home using our complaints process.
Alternatively, contact the Department of Health, Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) via the Health and Social Care Board website for further advice and regional guidance and for policy and protection information.
