You’ll find Dene Grange Care Home has beautiful woodland views situated in the historic town of Hexham. We are close by to the train station, with the bus stop just around the corner, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Dementia Care Framework.
We run a busy activities programme so our residents are never without something to do, including one-to-one sessions, day trips out, and visit from entertainers. We also have two resident dogs, which our residents benefit from greatly.
