You’ll find Lecale Lodge Care Home in its own beautiful grounds just outside Downpatrick Centre. We are within walking distance of the town and have a bus service that stops outside the home, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for residents who have complex medical needs. We also provide respite care to give family and friends a well-earned break.
We run a busy activities programme so residents are never without something to do, including coffee mornings, gardening, beauty therapy, and day trips out.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
