You’ll find Meadowbank Care Home surrounded by beautiful countryside in the suburb of Waterside. We are on the edge of Londonderry city, and within easy reach of our region's seaside resorts. We are also close to public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers specialist care for residents with learning disabilities, some of whom also have sensory deficits or physical disabilities. We also provide neurological care and rehabilitation where we support residents with complex physical disabilities or health needs caused by a range of neurological conditions. We’re very proud of the welcoming family atmosphere at Meadowbank and the way we always tailor our approach carefully to the needs of each individual.
We have a busy activities programme so our residents are never without something to do, including painting, outings, and therapy visits.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
