Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for people who have complex medical needs. Our home also provides residential dementia care where we support residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home.
Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Season Dementia Care Framework.

Care Home Manager
Anoj has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 20 years. Upon completing his higher education, Anoj realised his interests lied in the Care Sector, which is why be became a Nurse. Anoj is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his residents and team members.
Why did you decide to join Four Seasons Health Care?
I liked that there was a great support network and the company provided clear directions and expectations for team members.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love that I can help people to make positive changes in their lives and help them achieve their life goals. It’s also great that I can utilise my leadership skills by being a supportive manager to my fantastic team. I believe being a positive role model empowers not only my team members but our residents too. This is because it can build up their confidence, self-worth, motivation and drive.
My role means I can ensure all our residents receive high quality care and are treated with dignity and respect. Throughout my career, I have upheld these values and principles, which is why I have witnessed many positive life-changing situations.
What are your favourite hobbies and pastimes?
I like staying active so I enjoy playing football and going on hikes. I’m also very family minded, which is why I love spending time with my family!
Are there any highlights in your career you are particularly proud of?
For over 10 years I worked as a Staff Nurse at Arbury Court Psychiatric Hospital. During my time there, I was proud that I developed in my career to become the Clinical Nurse Manager. I believe I flourished in my roles due to having a positive impact on our patients’ care and the service we provided.
What do you feel is your biggest achievement outside of your career?
My biggest achievement outside of my career is my family.
What are your Qualifications?
Since becoming a Staff Nurse in 2007, I have progressed in my career taking on roles including Team Leader, Ward Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, Deputy Home Manager and in 2019 I became a Registered Manager.
I also have a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in General Nursing and Psychiatry, Registered Managers Award and a qualification in Mentorship Training.
