You’ll find Ty Hafod Care Home set in lovely rural surroundings in Capel Llanillterne, outside Cardiff. We are a short drive from the city and are in easy reach of the M4 and public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

Our Care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for people who have complex medical needs. We also provide specialist care for younger people and for those with mental health conditions or learning disabilities.

Our home contains extensive gardens, with beautiful flower beds and trees, attracting local wildlife, which residents love spotting. Our patio area, as well as our lounges, is a perfect place for residents and their loved ones to relax and spend quality time together.
