You’ll find Jordanstown Care Home has a warm and friendly atmosphere, located in beautiful gardens close to the shore of Belfast Lough. We are close by to shops, bus services and the A2, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
We run a busy activities programme so that our residents are never without something to do, including afternoon tea, beauty therapy sessions, day trips out, and visits from entertainers. We also have strong links with the local school who visit annually to put on a Christmas show for our residents.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
If you do have a concern you can immediately raise this with the home using our complaints process.
