Welcome to Jordanstown Care Home
You'll find Jordanstown Care Home in the village of Jordantown, County Antrim.
Here we provide first-class care to suit a range of needs, from nursing and palliative care to respite and post-operative care.
Ours is a purpose built, three-storey home on an elevated site close to the main Belfast to Carrickfergus Road. Public transport links, shops, churches, and walks along the edge of Belfast Lough are all close by.
We're surrounded by landscaped gardens and have plenty of car parking.
At Jordanstown Care Home, residents are considered part of the family. We put their health and happiness at the heart of everything we do, and our dedicated team of nurses and carers actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their rooms look to the therapies they receive.
Life at Jordanstown Care Home
Our full-time activity therapist develops a flexible rota of pastimes, diversions, entertainment and outings.
Thanks to the hard work of residents, staff, relatives and friends, we're past winners of Northern Ireland heat of the Four Seasons Healthcare 'Garden For All Seasons' competition.
I was most impressed with your home and by the evident passion and commitment I saw.
I would like you to know how fortunate your organisation is to have such a professional and caring team.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all very sincerely for the care and love you gave to my mum.
Words cannot express our gratitude and thanks for the love care and affection you gave my aunt.

Colleagues from Laurels Lodge Care Home in Woodside, Havencourt Care Home in Stonehaven and Cumbrae Lodge Care Home in Irvine all came together to do a skydive, raising money for residents in their care and Alzheimer's Scotland.
Tracey Rhodes, Resident Experience Facilitator for Scotland, said: "Everyone was really excited for the jump. One of them hadn't even been in a plane, and they completed it, which was a huge accomplishment. They managed to raise £4,000 which is fantastic. Well done everyone."
Congratulations everyone! We’re all proud of you.
