Four Seasons is one of the largest providers of care for older people in the UK and offer a range of care services from residential care to nursing dementia care. Some of our homes also offer care for people with mental health needs, neurological conditions and rehabilitation.
While each of our homes has its own unique character, all of them combine great care with a ‘family’ atmosphere based on kindness and respect for everyone. It’s all about our residents—listening to their stories and encouraging them and their families to talk about hopes and concerns. We undertake a care needs assessment before someone moves in, that way we can make sure we can always meet the needs of the individual.
Here’s a brief guide to understanding the different kinds of care available:
"As a family, the decision to place Mum in residential care was one of the most difficult decisions we have had to make, but from the moment my brother and I stepped through the door we knew this was the right place for her. Each member of staff greeted us with a warm welcome. They sensitively relate to mums needs with respect and are skilled at maximising her independence. All staff and management show genuine care and concern for all of the residents."
