Ahoy! Residents at Beech House Care Home in Barton upon Humber climbed aboard their very own cruise ship... Okay so not an actual cruise ship, but very close!
For their recent theme night, the team at Beech House decided to transform their dining room to look like the inside of a cruise ship. They made sure the residents were dressed in their finest glad-rags in preparation for the glamorous evening.
Everyone danced and sang the night away to music from Christine Clifford. They finished off the party with some cocktails and a candlelit supper. The Captain of the ship even made an appearance - the residents were queuing up to have their pictures taken with him.
Alison Hudspeth-Lamb, Home Manager, told us: "I would like to thank everyone who took part in making this night so special for our residents. It was great fun and we all had a fantastic time. We managed to film the evening so residents and families can watch the video if and when they please."
