Everyone here at Four Seasons Health Care has been extremely busy celebrating in the run up to Christmas. From festive knits, to sparing a seat for Christmas dinner, Four Seasons has done it all this year to ensure everyone had the best possible Christmas.
To only name a few; The Vale, Amethyst House and Beechcare all got dressed up to celebrate ITV’s Text Santa Christmas Jumper Day which helps raise money for Macmillan, Make a Wish and Save the Children. Osbourne Court also joined in and had their ROCK Award presentation dressed in their festive outfits.
Hemsworth Park had a pleasant surprise after they were treated by their local Tesco store who kindly delivered goody bags full of treats and gifts for residents to enjoy over Christmas. Marlborough Court was also lucky enough to have gifts given to them by a local school.
Burlington Court created their very own Santa’s Grotto in which a local nursery came to visit to join in on the celebrations – the residents had a lovely afternoon and everyone joined together for Christmas Carols.
Ladymead Care Home in Swindon held their own Carol singing concert for residents to perform for one another. The team invited relatives and friends to join at the home for an afternoon of festive cheer and spirit.
Katherine Clark, Home Manager at Churchfield was heartbroken to find a 76 year old widower appealing for company over Christmas. Katherine invited the local resident to join Churchfield for Christmas dinner with transport provided as a good will gesture.
Amongst all of these, we’ve also seen some fabulous Christmas parties.
We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and wish you a very happy New Year!
