Hallgarth Care Home in Durham opened it's doors to Catherine and six ladies from the Alzheimer's Society for an afternoon of dancing, singing and... washing?
The team arranged a 'sing-along interactive fun' afternoon. The home was an explosion of music and activity!
Angelia Muir, Home Manager, told us: "We posed the washing, cleaned the windows, polished the tables, went for a march, danced, sang, threw ten green bottles and went to Amarillo, all involving flags, pompoms and musical instruments - I'm sure there was a kitchen sink thrown in there too somewhere! We managed to do all of this without even leaving the room.
"A very jolly, fun packed afternoon!"
