On Sunday 7th August, a very young Elvis Presley walked his blue suede shoes into Hesslewood House Care Home in Hessle.
Michelle Pepworth, Home Manager, said: “Alfie Pearson, aka Elvis came and blew the cobwebs away. At 12 years old he is a fantastic impersonator. All of our residents loved him, and commented that he made a very cute and handsome Elvis. Alfie wowed the residents with a number of the King’s greatest hits, getting everyone involved. Everyone was upset when Elvis eventually left the building.”
