Residents were treated to a surprise on Children in Need day, when the team turned up for work, ready for bed.
Instead of turning up for work in their usual uniforms, the team at Morcambe Bay Care Home in Morcambe, decided to wear their pyjamas – and other nightwear – to the home.
Kelly O’Connor, Home Manager said: “Everyone had a lot of fun on PJ day. One of the team came in her Superman onesie, which entertained the residents immensely. PJ day saw us do something a little different to brighten up the residents’ day.”
The team’s attire raised money for the Children’s charity, and many residents said they’d prefer their care team in their pyjamas any day.
