Santa and one of his little helpers landed in Dalgety Bay to attend Henderson House Care Home’s Christmas Party.
Residents, relatives and the care team all welcomed the festive visitors to the home with open arms.
Stewart MacDonald, Home Manager, said: “The residents were very happy that Santa and Elfie accepted our party invitation. They helped us to sing and dance the night away which made everyone’s Christmas. It was a shame when they had to leave, but it is a busy time of year for them.”
A couple of days after the party, the residents went and watched a pantomime for a bit more festive fun. Shouts of ‘he’s behind you’ and ‘oh yes he did’ could be heard throughout the performance and this was echoed when the residents came back to the home.
Stewart MacDonald, Home Manager, added: “The festive period enables us to provide the residents with some very special experiences. The pantomime was a huge success and brought a lot of fun and laughter into the home.”
