The recent warm weather has seen residents in Marlborough Court Care Home in Thamesmead soaking up the rays in the garden with their family.
Just the other day, three generations went out and enjoyed the sensory garden with the xylophone being a firm hit with one resident's son and her great grandchild.
Louise Hulme, Home Manager, said: “It was lovely seeing the resident enjoying some quality time in the sunshine with his family. There are lots of different objects in our sensory garden to stimulate all of the senses. However, the music being made by the xylophone was a big hit with everyone.”
