Four Seasons Health Care have been awarded the top five-star hygiene rating for homes in Bristol and surrounding area. During the unannounced inspections, the homes were measured on how hygienically the food was handled, prepared and cooked. The condition of the buildings, taking in the cleanliness, layout, lighting and ventilation were inspected as was the food safety management system. This is a rigorous system of checks that Four Seasons apply to make sure food is as safe as it possibly can be.
Four Seasons Health Care Chef, Jose De Freitas, from Silver Springs Care Home in Jersey, was a contender for one of the most respected and sought after culinary titles in the care sector when he recently took part in the National Association of Care Catering Chef of the Year national final, held at Unilever HQ in Leatherhead.
