We are pleased to announce Four Seasons Health Care is one of 45 companies which have made the long listed for this year’s Laing’s Healthcare 20 and unlike last year where the final top 20 list was subjectively compiled the 2012 shortlist will be selected based on votes from individuals involved in the sector.
Ormesby Grange has sent a letter out to the local schools within their community and has already had positive feedback from 5 schools where the children are now currently using this project in their art lessons also as a part of their Queens Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. Feedback from the head teachers from all the schools has stated that all the children are very enthusiastic and are enjoying doing their art work, the residents are also looking forward to seeing the children’s work. All the work will be brought into the home at the end of May and will be displayed around the home for the residents.Pictures to follow at the end of May.
Chasedale Care Home have become the newest members of the Four Seasons Health Care PEARL club. The PEARL accreditation recognises best practice and person centred care in dementia.
Residents, their families and staff enjoyed a love based fundraising sing-along at Murrayfield Care Home to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The money raised is being put towards the residents funds.There were cakes and lots of balloons; residents, relatives and staff also had a dance, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
