On the 17th July Amelia House Care Home in York had two unusual visitors to the home - one large black pony called molly and a small American miniature pony called Mr P. You can see from the photos that Pet therapy certainly brings a smile to the residents. The residents really enjoyed seeing the ponies and Molly and Mr P were very laid back and seemed to enjoy the attention.
Mary Gregory celebrated her 100th birthday recently with relatives and friends at Ivyhouse Care Home in West Heath Birmingham. A garden party was put on with refreshments and a homemade cake. Mary received a card from the Queen and really enjoyed her special day.
