Sharon Taylor and all the staff who work at Alexandra Care Home in Newton Le Willows were presented the Recognition of Caring and Kindness (ROCK) Award by Lorraine Disley, Regional Manager at a recent ceremony held at the home.
As part of The Dying matters week 13-19th May, St. Catherine's Care Home in Horwich, Bolton held a meeting with relatives to discuss the importance of advanced care planning.

The Hurworth Grange Senior Citizens club, which operates from the Hurworth Grange Community Centre, received the sum of £516 donated by Four Seasons Health Care through the County Durham Community Foundation. It will fund the club’s life enhancement project which aims to improve the quality of life and social interaction of older residents in Hurworth Place, Hurworth-on-tees and Neasham.
St Catherine's Care Home in Horwich, Bolton hosted an evening with a Frank Sinatra and Rat Pack impersonation group. The residents really enjoyed going back in time and being taken through the journey of each member of the Rrat Pack and their most famous songs.
