All the staff at Manor View Care Home in Hatfield, Doncaster were recently presented with the prestigious Four Seasons Health Care ROCK (Recognition Of Care and Kindness) Award for showing an exemplary standard of care towards residents. The ROCK Award is particularly deserved as staff are nominated by relatives and residents. This nomination was made by Mrs Victoria Turner, the daughter of a resident who wanted to show her appreciation for their involvement in the care of her mother while she was a resident at the home. Mrs Turner wanted to thank the staff at Manor View for the care, unfailing strength, love, support, dedication and enthusiasm, not only with residents, but also with the resident’s families.
