Residents, relatives and visitors to Henderson House Care Home in Dalgety Bay were served a real festive treat as the local Brownie and Rainbow Group came in to sing Christmas carols.
Stewart MacDonald, Home Manager, said: “The residents really enjoyed welcoming the children in. They sang along with the carols, with certain ones being heard throughout the home. It really was a festive treat.”
When they weren’t enjoying the children’s angelic voices, some of the residents took a trip out to see if winter had placed its white blanket over the local scenery.
Stewart MacDonald, Home Manager, added: “The residents loved their trip out, although some were disappointed that there wasn’t any snow. So to make up for it, before they returned home, they popped to The Compass in Dalgety Bay for a pub lunch. This went down very well, setting them up well for the journey home.”
