Residents, relatives and the care team at Lawn Park care Home in Sutton in Ashfield enjoyed a lovely BBQ as their last hurrah to summer.
However, the lovely British weather had other plans, and this BBQ had to be an indoor one. This didn’t dampen everyone’s spirits though.
Rosalind Kennedy-Brown, Home Manager, said: “Everyone had a lovely time. The food was delicious and many people even indulged in a tipple or two. We held a raffle and raised some additional money for our residents’ fund. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported our event.”
