April 2017 saw Four Seasons’ Health Care Grampian Region launch their VIP (Values In Practice) initiative which rewards people for living the Four Seasons values of being:

Joanna Zielinska, Care Assistant at Laurels Lodge Care Home in Woodside has been crowned VIP for the month of June after being nominated by colleagues, residents and relatives.
Sheila Gesma, Home Manager, said: “Joanna has been working at Laurels Lodge for almost 6 years now, she is popular to her colleagues and residents for being pleasant, patient and very friendly. I am very pleased for Joanna, this is recognition well-deserved and I know the residents and staff at Laurels Lodge are with me in congratulating her.”
