North Court Care Home in Suffolk was recently recognised for the first-rate level of care that Staff, Nurses, Carers and Domestics within the home, bring to their role everyday by awarding them a Recognition of Care and Kindness (ROCK) Award. The Staff were joined by Regional Manager, Martin Murphy and Managing Director, Jo Vasey who were there to support Home Manager, Bill Mason in presenting his team with the award in front of their colleagues and peers.
The Staff employed on the First Floor were nominated by Stefan Zuldt, son of the late Martin Zuldt, Resident of North Court Care Home for seven years. Stefan made the following statement: "My father, Martin Zuldt, spent many years in North Court care home and was treated with respect and kindness at all times. My sisters and I found the staff to be caring, approachable and friendly, always ready to help. My father could not walk and had to be hoisted at all times, the staff took this in their stride. I would like to place on record how grateful the family are to all the staff both past and present that looked after my father."
A ROCK Award is a nationwide honour that specifically highlights the impact Four Season Health Care employees have made on the lives of people living in one of their care homes. Staff are nominated for an award by either residents, their relatives or friends, who have witnessed or experienced staff members demonstrating excellent standards of care and kindness in their role.
Regional Manager, Martin Murphy commented: "Our employees are our most valuable resource and the reason we are able to deliver the best possible care to meet residents' needs. It is a delight to reward The First Floor Staff this way, and show appreciation for their exceptional hard work and dedication that helps to set Four Seasons Health Care apart."
