April 2017 saw Four Seasons’ Health Care Grampian Region launch their VIP (Values In Practice) initiative which rewards people for living the Four Seasons values of being:

This month the team member with the most votes was Care Assistant Mary-Jane Mariano.
Mary-Jane was nominated multiple times for her caring attitude towards everyone in the home, being respectful to her colleagues, residents and relatives, shows patience and empathy and is committed to the home 110%.
Gail Hay, Home Manager, said: “Mary-Jane is a fantastic asset to us here at Woodside. We’d definitely be lost without her."
Sylvia Nicoll, Regional Manager for Grampian, said: “No matter how big or small the action or the gesture is, the VIP Awards are an opportunity to say thank you to people who go above and beyond the call of duty every day to make a difference to our residents’ lives.
“Congratulations Mary-Jane, you should be really proud of your success.”
