Eileen Dunlop, Head of Human Resource and Training for Four Seasons Health Care in Northern Ireland and Wales, is in the running for the Royal College of Nursing Council elections to become a representative for Northern Ireland. The Royal College of Nursing hold these elections each year to give candidates the chance to ensure members’ voices are heard and have an influence on policy.
Eileen has held various nursing leadership roles for 24 years of her career and is eager to develop further relations within this sector. She told us “As I’m currently Head of Human Resources and Training, I have been instrumental in developing good relations between our organisation and the RCN. I believe that independent sector nurses should have the support of a representative organisation. I am eager to support diversity within nursing and I will take every opportunity to ensure the voice of all nurses is heard”.
For further information on the elections, please visit Royal College of Nursing.
Voting can only be done if you are a nurse member of the Royal College of Nursing.
Nurse members will have received the ballot papers which need to be returned to the Electoral Reform Services by Monday 9th November.
Good luck Eileen, from all at Four Seasons Health Care.
