Beech House Care Home in Barton-upon-Humber has had a busy week - with a coffee morning at the church followed by joining in the Rhyme Challenge at the HUB with local primary school children.
This will be a regular Thursday activity for the coming six weeks as residents teach their young friends old nursery rhymes and the children teach them new ones! On the sixth week the exchange will culminate in a party where family, friends, parents and staff will celebrate together.
This builds on a brilliant relationship between Beech House and the school which has been fostered over the past two years, with reciprocal visits taking place and strengthening their bond.
