Residents from Bishopsmead Lodge Care Home in Bristol were treated to an impromptu harvest concert by children from St Peters Church of England Primary School. The children came in and sang a variety of harvest songs much to the residents delight.
Francaise Miles, Home Manager, said: “Bringing the two generations together is beneficial for both young and old. The residents not only enjoyed listening to the concert but singing along too, much to the surprise of the children. It was a lovely day and one we’re hoping to repeat here at Bishopsmead Lodge.”
